What is Proinventry?
Proinventry is an all-in-one app for inventory and invoicing. You manage products (with categories, units, stock, cost price, MRP, selling price), create and send professional invoices, manage clients, run multiple businesses, view dashboard stats, and export product lists to PDF or Excel. Multi-currency and multi-language are supported.
Can I create and send invoices?
Yes. Create invoices with items, discount, tax, and shipping. Link a business and client, choose a currency, then mark as paid or send the invoice to your client. You can list, view, and manage all invoices from the app.
Can I manage more than one business?
Yes. Add multiple businesses (name, address, phone, email, website) and switch between them. Products and invoices can be organized per business so you keep everything clear.
Is my data secure?
We take security seriously. Your product and invoice data is stored securely. We never sell your data, and you stay in full control of your business information.
